"Statistics Euro-CAN" is an Eurostat publication, prepared jointly with the Statistical Department of the General Secretariat of the Andean Community (SG-CA). For the first time, the two regions make a joint presentation, to show in figures the most relevant aspects of the economic and social development in the Andean and European countries. The themes presented in this publication correspond, essentially, to the following statistical fields: population and migration, national accounts, labour market, external trade, foreign direct investment, financial statistics, social indicators and transport. Most of them will be the focus of the future EU-CAN statistical co-operation project planned between 2003 and 2007. La publication "Statistiques Euro-CAN" est un produit d'Eurostat, élaboré conjointement avec le Département Statistique du Secrétariat Général de la Communauté andine (SG-CA). Pour la première fois les deux régions effectuent une présentation conjointe, qui vise à montrer les aspects chiffrés les plus significatifs du développement économique et social des pays andins et européens. Les thèmes présentés dans cette publication correspondent, essentiellement, aux domaines statistiques suivants : population et migration, comptes nationaux, marché du travail, commerce extérieur, investissements directs étrangers, statistiques financières, indicateurs sociaux et transport, sur lesquels se concentrera le futur projet de coopération statistique UE-CAN dont le déroulement est prévu entre 2003 et 2007. La publicación de Estadísticas Euro-CAN es un producto de Eurostat, elaborado conjuntamente con la Gerencia de Estadística de la Secretaria General de la Comunidad Andina (SG-CA). Por primera vez ambas regiones realizan una presentación conjunta, dirigida a mostrar en cifras los aspectos más relevantes sobre el desarrollo económico y social de los países andinos y europeos. Los temas presentados en esta publicación corresponden, esencialmente a los campos estadísticos: población y migración, cuentas nacionales, mercado laboral, comercio exterior, inversión directa extranjera, estadísticas financieras, indicadores sociales y transporte, en la mayoría de los cuales se concentrara el futuro proyecto de cooperación estadística UE-CAN cuyo desarrollo esta previsto entre el 2003 y 2007. |
